Yes! Long before we had this beautiful website, the IFR method existed only as a very popular book. The book explains the complete theory and philosophy of the method, and it describes many of the exercises and activities that we practice at this website.
But it’s important to understand that you don’t need the book if you are a member of this website, because the website itself is exactly the learning environment that the book was trying to describe. Think of the IFR membership site as the IFR book coming to life. Every important concept from the book has been brought to life in the form of video lessons, singing activities, jam tracks and much more. So every minute you spend playing music inside this website, you’re being immersed in the world of the IFR book.
